Pride Deadlift Party is a community-powered strength event series that centers queer, trans, and allied lifters through competition, celebration, and radical inclusion.

Powerlifting for good.

Every lift supports LGBTQIA2+ communities.

Think: block party meets deadlift competition… with a little sprinkle of queer magic on top.

What began in Seattle is growing into a network of events across the country; each one locally rooted but connected with a shared mission of strength, celebration, and community.

100% of proceeds are donated to our chosen beneficiaries. Everybody deserves a spot on the platform; especially Transgender and Gender Nonconforming (TGNC) athletes.

Lift with us. Celebrate with us. Help us give back— loudly, proudly, and unapologetically.

Choose Your City

Whether you’re an experienced powerlifter or stepping onto the platform for the first time, this event was built for you. Test your one-rep max in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Last year, over 300 lifters showed up in Seattle and Nashville and helped raise over $50,000 for our beneficiaries. This year, we will be bringing Pride Deadlift Party to more communities across the country.

Spots fill fast. Choose your city, lock in your spot, and join us in lifting heavy and giving back in a big way.
