About us
Pride Deadlift Party is an Annual Deadlift Competition and Fundraiser to give back to the local LGBTQIA2+ community!
Think: block party meets deadlift competition… with a little sprinkle of queer magic on top!
100% of proceeds raised will be donated to our chosen beneficiaries. Everybody deserves a spot on the platform, including and especially Transgender and Gender Nonconforming (TGNC) athletes. We cannot wait to lift, laugh, and celebrate with you—and give back to our community in a big, unapologetic, joyful way.
We’re Expanding!

Seattle + New York 2026
Whether you’re an experienced powerlifter or brand new to the platform, this event was created with you in mind. Test your one-rep max in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Last year, 300 lifters took the platform in Seattle and helped raise over $50,000 for our beneficiaries. This year, we’re expanding to New York City and growing our impact even further.
Spots are expected to fill quickly. Registration opens soon — join us in lifting heavy and giving back in a big way.
The goal of Pride Deadlift Party is provide a space to strive towards collective liberation and transformation within strength sports. We believe that strength is for everybody and that lifting events should be inclusive for every sex, sexual orientation, gender expression, and gender identity. Furthermore, trans athletes belong on the platform and will always be welcome and celebrated while lifting with us.
This is a TERF and hate-free event. Period.
